As far as a year goes, we get the same number of days and yet it appears sometimes that days, even months seem to have sped by so fast that we get to this time of the year and wonder if surely this year we missed something.  Yet again, with 2 weeks until the jolly fat man in his red suit makes an appearance I’ve had to bring out “next year I’ll be more organised”.

It's that time of the year ... You can almost hear the palatable sound of stress levels rising around you as everyone is not only wondering if they have been naughty or nice but also counting down the days till the end of their working year.  Not for those of us in retail world though, we are just hitting our sales stride.

I'm not sure if its that time of the year when you start to reflect on the year that was (passed at such a pace we are trying to keep up!) or that I was back on a plane and loving my time away from the daily distractions to plan and reflect, but I am feeling loved up! And while its not a very Kiwi thing to do, I want to Share the Love we have for some people we are fortunate enough to work with.
