We're dipping our toes into 2021
2020, A Clear Vision Of The Year Ahead". That didn't age well! So as we gingerly step into 2021 it's hard to plan, but it's still important that you do. While the road may change, having your goals will keep you focused should Mother Nature decide we haven't yet been tested enough.
So what goals have we set yourselves to help keep us focused on business and personal growth? The great thing about putting them out into the public domain is that we are now accountable, so here goes!
Goal 1:
Be the go-to Omnichannel digital marketers for small to medium retailers.
Goal 2:
Keep our clients one step ahead of their competitors through innovative customer-centric marketing strategies.
Goal 3:
Introduce new services which deliver a higher level of customer service to our clients.
Goal 4:
Provide ongoing support through strong training programmes.
Goal 5:
Work on that elusive work/life balance. (yes, let's give that one a whirl again)
Under each of these goals we each have our own actions to ensure we deliver them, or at the very least are on the way to deliver them, by the end of 2021. We are a team and together we know we can achieve all of these goals and so much more.
If you take nothing else away from this blog, take this, if you want 2021 to be a year with less stress and more clarity…you must do something different than what you did in 2020 (hopefully the universe also delivers on that!)
